Lal Chand journey from Bathoro to Dubai

Mr. Lal Chand was born on 01 June 1960 in a small village of Bhatoro (Bathoro) located in the province of Sindh, Pakistan in an upper middle class family. His father Ganga Ram was doing a general trading business in Sindh. He remains in Bahtoro till his secondary school certification and later move to Hyderabad. In his childhood days he remember the financial hitches faced by his family particularly when his mother needed bypass surgery and seriously ill and they were unable to arrange money because of uncertainty in their business and finally his mother passed away only because of the money. This incident changed Mr Lal Chand life and he made promise to himself that “I will start a business and earn money”. Mr. Chand was still reminding peoples that losing a mother was a biggest ever loss for me and that was a day when I get know the value of money.

Later to achieve his desire goal Mr. Chand graduated in civil engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, Hyderabad and started job in a same university as a lecturer for some time. After some time him get involved in the construction sites and within the five years of span he has started his own construction business with the name of Lal Associates. Moreover he was remain involved in the stock exchange business. He moved to Karachi after saving enough money from his own construction business and started to deal in stocks and shares in Pakistan stock exchange.

Chand was remain Member Provincial Assembly in Sindh on reserved seat, where he was representing Benazir Bhutto’s Pakistan People’s Party. He considered this was his greatest achievement because he as a Member of Parliament has spent millions of government allocated and personal funds on the development of poor people and transform the vast area of his local village.

In 2000 Mr Chand moved to Dubai because Dubai Multi Commodities Centre is a tax free place and you can doubled your earning by investing in this market. He started a Bhatoro General Trading LLC in 2001. The Bhatoro GT LLC main focus are textile, electronic products of known brands and foodstuff. Moreover, he get involved in development, construction, software and property business by registering a JAFZA company (Offshore Company Incorporation in Dubai) with the name of LC Well Limited in Dubai. Building up the property portfolio in Dubai was very successful experience for Mr. Lal Chand because within four to five years’ time the property value increased dramatically. Mr. Lal Chand property business in Dubai made him a successful businessman. Now Mr. Chand is known to be a one of the successful businessman in Dubai business circle.
